FFC MOPS
FFC MOPS is a newly chartered ministry affiliated with MOPS International, an international, inter-denominational, non-profit, Christian organization first started by eight women in 1973.
We exist to provide a community for mothers of newborns to kindergarten to connect with other moms and receive encouragement. For two hours twice a month, moms get a break from being mommy while their children play in MOPPETS. We socialize while eating brunch, listen to encouraging, knowledgeable guest speakers, participate in group discussions, play games, do crafts, work together on service projects, and spend time forming friendships that remind us we're not alone.
Our group meetings follow the Los Lunas School District calendar, and we take summers off. We also schedule play dates and moms' nights out throughout the year.
We warmly welcome all mothers, regardless of denomination, religion, race, socio-economic status, or age.
Please contact us if you would like to participate or would like more information!
We have a place for moms with young children!
